How do I place an order?

How long does shipping takes?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, which includes both printing and delivery time.
Can I exchange my product for another one?
Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to offer exchanges for different products.
What should I do if I received a faulty product?
A "faulty" product is defined as one that is damaged, misprinted, defective, or otherwise unusable.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will issue a one-time replacement for items deemed faulty.
If the replacement is also found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued at that time.
How do I receive a refund?
Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, refunds are only issued for items classified as faulty—meaning damaged, misprinted, defective, or otherwise unusable—after a replacement has been received and also determined to be faulty.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you do not see the refund after that time, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.
